Filing Dental Insurance

We file insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We make every effort to gather the information for your particular plan. Some insurance companies do not respond. It is vital that we receive as complete and current information that you have on your planes). Remember insurances do not cover everything. Procedures that are not covered as well as co-payments are the responsibility of the patient or guardian.

We may have you contact your insurance company directly regarding specific treatment coverage or why claims are delayed. Insurance companies are usually more responsive to their policyholders.We strive to provide the best treatment for you, not what the insurance policy will pay.

Broken Appointment Policy

Your time and our time is valuable. It is the patient's responsibility to inform us if you have to cancel your appointment. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a broken appointment fee of $25. Exception are considered on a case by case basis. Appointment reminders are sent by email, telephone and texts at various intervals.

Please keep us informed if your contact information changes. Missed reminders because your contact information changed is not a valid excuse. In addition, when you are in the office your are given an appointment card as a reminder.
